E3 is a 1- to 3-day engagement.

E3 is a more in-depth process than our S2 service. Upon completion
of the questionnaire, we will conduct a series of initial interviews.
Here, we will help you identify the issues and clearly outline the
business goals that your engagement will address. Topline will be
to define what will be required of your organization with regard
to time, resources and people.

E3 is built around Evaluation, Education and Engagement.
E3 is very flexible in design and will be tailored to each individual
client’s needs. We can start from a broad, entry-level perspective,
or focus on specific objectives, initiatives and goals. E3 can work
to imbed sustainability within your entire organization or can be
project oriented. Upon completing your E3 engagement, you will receive
a comprehensive action plan to help you progress toward sustainability
leadership status.

Below are three examples of what a VGT engagement might look like:
Option A. Engage us to imbed sustainability into
your organization or take the lead on a specific project. This is
ideal when clients need or want to move fast and don’t have
the resources or manpower to achieve their goals. In this case,
we act as your outsourced sustainability department, seamlessly
integrating with your organization to get the job done. We will
develop, implement and train a green team within your organization
and will teach them how to monitor and improve these programs for
the future.

Limited company time and fewer company resources needed, greater
VGT participation.
Option B. Engage us to assist on a sustainability
project, or to build and train a green team within your organization.
We’ll set the course and monitor their progress closely, as
the team begins to develop and implement programs on their own.
This is an ideal choice when you have identified interested employees,
resources to use, or have some programs planned or underway. This
can apply to large-scale programs, or when timing is not as urgent.

Moderate company time and resources needed, moderate VGT participation.
Option C. Engage us to
help build your green team and then have Connected Cos. available
to lend support. This is a more hands-off approach, and will be
structured around monthly meetings to answer questions, monitor
progress, make adjustments and set goals for the next month. This
level will also include an hourly allotment of time for our team
to work with your team on any outstanding issues. This is ideal
when you have knowledgeable internal resources and want to keep
costs down, but have spots to fill and need additional expertise.
